Can I bring decorations?
Light decorating is welcome. Our team is happy to advise on setup.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, as long as it’s from a commercial kitchen. We’ll provide plates and forks. Please note a $25 presentation fee will be applied.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Outside beverages are not permitted due to Wisconsin law.
Where do guests park?
We recommend several nearby parking options, including the Overture ramp.
What is a food and beverage minimum?
This is the base amount required to be spent on food and beverage during your event time. The minimum does not include rentals, service fees, sales tax, or gratuity.
How do I secure my date?
A signed contract and a 50% deposit of the food and beverage minimum are required to confirm your event.
What other charges may I expect?
A 5.5% sales tax, 20% gratuity, and a 3% administrative fee apply.
